Introduction

At Napa Valley Supercars LLC, the safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. This Weather Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle tours in the event of inclement weather.

1) Weather-Related Cancellations

Forecasted Inclement Weather

High-performance supercars are designed for optimal performance on dry roads. Wet or slippery conditions significantly impact handling and safety, making such conditions less than ideal for your driving experience. If unfavorable weather is forecasted (e.g. rain, storms, high winds), we reserve the right to cancel supercar tours for safety reasons.

Day-Of Decisions

If rain, or other adverse weather conditions are forecasted or occur on the day of your booking, Napa Valley Supercars reserves the right to cancel and reschedule your reservation. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates or provide a tour credit, depending on your preference.

2) Notification

If possible, we will notify guests of cancellations due to forecasted inclement weather at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. However, the decision to cancel due to weather may be made on the day of the supercar tour. Guests will be notified as soon as the decision is made.

3) Rescheduling and Credits

Rescheduling

If a tour is cancelled due to weather, guests will have the option to reschedule their tour for a later date, subject to availability.

Credits

If rescheduling is not possible or convenient, guests will receive a tour credit which is valid for three (3) years from the original booking date.

Partial Tours

If a tour is underway and has to be cut short due to sudden weather changes, guests will be offered a prorated credit toward a future tour.

4) Force Majeure

Napa Valley Supercars cannot be held liable for cancellations or changes due to weather beyond our control. However, we will work diligently to ensure you can reschedule your experience.

5) General 

Safety First

We encourage guests to contact us if they have concerns about weather conditions on the day of their tour.

Liability

Napa Valley Supercars is not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred as a result of weather-related cancellations (e.g. travel or accommodation costs).
