General Questions

  • Rental rates vary depending on the selected supercar, rental duration, and time of year. Check our Supercar Rental page for current rates and seasonal promotions.

  • At Napa Valley Supercars, we offer a wide range of high-performance exotic cars, including brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Aston Martin, and more. Our fleet includes convertibles, coupes, and other luxury vehicles to suit your style and preference.

  • Yes, our supercar rentals require a minimum rental period of 24 hours.

  • Your booking includes a re-fuel fee at check out that covers the cost for refilling the vehicle with gas.

  • Drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Additionally, you will need a clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.

  • Yes! Napa Valley Supercars allows up to one additional driver to be added to the rental policy. The additional driver must satisfy all driver requirements eg age, valid license, MVR check, insurance coverage etc.

  • Yes, a refundable security deposit is required when renting a supercar. The deposit is returned after the vehicle is safely returned and inspected for any damages. Visit our Supercar Rental page for security deposit rates associated with each vehicle.

  • Our rental price includes the use of the vehicle for the agreed period and a mileage allowance of 75 miles per day. Visit our Supercar Rental page for specific mileage rates associated with each vehicle.

  • Yes, we deliver your chosen supercar to your hotel, resort or anywhere else within 10 miles of downtown Napa. Just let us know your preferred location when booking.

  • Vehicle drop-off is at the same location where you picked up the vehicle and at the time agreed during booking.

  • Late returns will result in an additional charge in half-day increments. We recommend notifying us if you anticipate any delays.

  • In the event of an accident or damage, we ask that you notify us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, the repair costs may be deducted from your security deposit or covered by your insurance.

  • Yes, if the car is available for the extended period, we are happy to accommodate. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the extension.

  • We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Driving the Supercars

  • Yes! All the supercars in our fleet are equipped with automatic transmissions. You will be shown how to operate your selected supercar by one of our instructors during your vehicle orientation.

  • We provide a comprehensive vehicle orientation at the beginning of your supercar rental period to familiarize yourself with driving a supercar. There is also quick start user guide in all supercars.

  • Yes, well kind of...

    You are free to explore Napa Valley and beyond! However, taking the car off paved roads, out of state or using it on a race track or other unauthorized activities is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to enjoy the local Napa Valley scenic routes and vineyards in style!

  • Your safety is our highest priority. You are required to obey all Californian traffic laws and regulations. Our supercars are also fitted with onboard vehicle monitoring systems to ensure safe and responsible use of the vehicles at all times.

Rules and Regulations

  • Yes. Due to the compact nature of supercars and their customized seating, the weight limit for our supercars is 350 lbs. Weight is referenced in our Terms and Conditions and Booking Agreement. We do not offer refunds if you are over the 350 lb weight limit and booked a tour regardless.

  • Yes. Due to the low profile of supercars and their limited leg room, the height limit for our supercars is 6’4”. Height is referenced in our Terms and Conditions and Booking Agreement. We do not offer refunds if you are over the 6’4” height limit and booked a tour regardless.

  • Welcome to America! International visitors can rent the supercars providing you have a valid international driver’s license and you purchase the required auto insurance through Napa Valley Supercars.

  • Yes. We provide a comprehensive vehicle orientation at the beginning of your supercar rental in English.

  • No. To ensure all guests receive a first-class supercar experience, eating or drinking is not permitted in the vehicles.

  • No! There is no smoking in any of the supercars at any-time. If we find evidence of smoking or vaping in the supercar then your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Yes! All drivers must be over 25 (under 75) to rent a supercar and hold a valid US or International driver’s license. A Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check will be conducted for all driving drivers prior to the rental start time. The MVR checks for good driving history and no major violations. The MVR checks are required by our insurance provider and your driver's license must be provided minimum 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking.

  • All supercar rental drivers must be between the age of 25 to 75 years old.

Cancelations and Rescheduling

  • Yes! Rental bookings can be rescheduled with 7 calendar days notice.

  • No. If you cancel your supercar rental for any reason within the seven (7) day notice period then a full credit will be provided. Rental credits can be applied to any future bookings and are valid for three years from the original rental date.

  • If you are running late we request you contact us immediately. Your start and finish time will not be adjusted. Therefore your rental period will be shortened by the length of time you are late.

  • Napa Valley Supercars does NOT provide refunds. However, we do provide a full credit for any booking cancelation by the participant within 7 calendar days of your rental start date.

Insurance Coverage

  • Yes! While renting our supercars, you will be covered under your auto insurance policy. Each driver is responsible for any vehicle damage incurred during their rental period. As such all drivers must carry a form of Full Coverage with Liability Limits of 100/300/100. If the driver is unable to provide such coverage then additional insurance can be purchased through Napa Valley Supercars prior to the start of your supercar rental.

  • Each driver must carry a form of Full Coverage and Comprehensive Car Insurance

    (liability, comprehensive, and collision) with a minimum $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 coverage.

    All driving customers must submit their insurance Declaration Page clearly showing:

    Insurance Carrier Name

    Policy Number

    Coverage Limits

    Your existing auto insurance policy on a personal vehicle you own or lease can be used to cover your tour vehicle(s). A declaration page or other documentation will need to be provided to show proof of the authorized motorist(s) on the policy. Ensuring you have adequate coverage in place is your responsibility.

    We recommend you check with your insurance company for additional coverage should you not meet the Napa Valley Supercars minimum coverage for liability.

  • Yes! Napa Valley Supercars offers a variety of insurance options that can be purchased prior to your supercar rental.

  • Your insurance declaration can be found on your insurance provider’s smartphone app or website. Download your policy coverage document and send the section labeled “Declarations” to Napa Valley Supercars for review and approval. You will need to show proof of all authorized motorist(s) on the policy.

  • Please submit your insurance declaration information 14 days prior to your Supercar Rental to ensure it is reviewed and approved in advance. If your insurance declaration is not provided within 48 hours prior to your rental start time then your booking will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule for a later date.
